We prioritize downtown Toronto core calls because our shop is on Carlaw Ave, ten minutes east of the DVP. A one-hour response inside the boundary is our target and we hit it most of the time. Suburban dispatch is honestly not our lane and we'll say so if you're outside the service area rather than tie up the schedule.
Emergency work is billed differently from scheduled work — there's an after-hours dispatch fee, and repair labour rates uplift outside business hours. We tell you both numbers before the truck rolls.
What's included

If you smell gas, call Enbridge first at 1-866-763-5427 and evacuate. We come after Enbridge locks off the meter and we handle the repair on our TSSA license.

What counts as an emergency?+
Loss of heat below freezing, loss of cooling in a heat wave, active water leak from HVAC equipment, or a gas smell. Slow cooling on a mild day is a next-day call, not a 2 a.m. call — and we'll say so honestly if you ask.
Do you charge more at night?+
Yes. There's an after-hours dispatch fee and an uplifted hourly rate outside of business hours. We'll quote both before dispatch — no surprises.
Can you fix it tonight or is it just a diagnosis?+
We fix it tonight when the part is on the truck, which covers most fan coil valves, capacitors, motors, thermostats, and ignition components. Uncommon parts (heat exchangers, control boards for older equipment) usually mean a temporary fix and a return visit.
